1. Why does my keypad beep anytime I open a window or door?
You accidentally turned on the fault find used by a technician to trouble shoot alarm system.  Action: Press and hold down 7 key until you hear a beep this toggles it back off.

2. The green light keeps blinking and I can’t set the alarm. Why?
One of the zones in the system is open: a door, window etc. Press and hold down key#3. This will indicate the open zone(s). Then check that zone for problem. If you can’t find the problem bypass it.

3. How do I bypass a zone(s)?
Enter the number of the zone you want to bypass then hit the bypass key. Press the next number to be bypassed and again hit the bypass key. If done correctly the yellow bypass light will light or the word bypass will be displayed. To check which zones are bypassed press and hold down #2 key until displayed or press function key and follow keypad directions.

4. Can you install my system with motion detectors even if I have a pet?
Yes, we can use pet smart detectors or mount and position them in a way which will not detect the pets.
